Erika Munnik

Erika Munnik (she/her) is a dedicated Workshop Instructor at Grey & Ivy, bringing a passion for community-driven, sustainable, and adaptive projects. With a background as a Health and Wellness representative for the Student Architectural Society and a volunteer for Storefront Manitoba, Erika's commitment to holistic design is evident. She loves creating furniture and collages, blending functionality with artistic expression. Her dream project focuses on fostering community engagement and sustainability. Outside of her professional life, Erika enjoys painting, writing, and hiking, immersing herself in creativity and nature. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Environmental Design at the University of Manitoba (2021-present), further honing her skills and vision for the future.
