Lauren Bennett
Workshop Instructor
Lauren Bennett (she/her) is an enthusiastic Workshop Instructor at Grey & Ivy, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for sustainable design. With a background as a Junior Designer at a design-build company and a Teaching Assistant in History, Environmental Technology, and Design Introduction, Lauren combines practical and academic expertise. She excels in model making, watercolor painting, and photography, reflecting her artistic flair. Her dream is to create a community-led greenhouse project, merging her love for gardening and design to foster food sovereignty. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with her family and dog, and exploring the outdoors. She holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design (Architecture) from the University of Manitoba (2022) and a Master of Architecture from the University of Manitoba (2024).
