Community Involvement & Vision Lead

Teron-Jordan Richard (T.J) (he/him) is the inspiring Community Involvement and Vision Lead at Grey & Ivy. Never wanting to be in the spotlight, T.J is known for his honest and adaptive approach to community engagement and design. With extensive experience in Design+Build workshops, landscape design, construction, and graphic design, Teron-Jordan is a true maker and visionary. He loves helping create vibrant landscapes, DIY furniture & small-scale builds, graphic posters, short videos, and some high quality banger playlists. His dream is to help design and build the most beautiful basketball courts and community youth rec centers worldwide, fostering community spirit, play, and active living! An avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, camping, sports, video games, every possible genre of film & music, and culinary adventures. T.J holds a Master of Architecture (2020) and a Bachelor of Environmental Design (2016) from the University of Manitoba, bringing his unique lived-experiences to Grey & Ivy.
