In Wanipigow First Nation, students participated in a workshop focused on designing ice fishing shacks for thier community. Our instructors stayed in the community, and explored potential site location with students. The workshop introduced skills like sketching, digital modeling, and VR simulations. While being guided through the process, the students considered functional, programmatic, and material selections with support from the instructors.
